Effective May 9, 2026
KB Media Works ("KB Media Works," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you visit kbmediaworks.com, request the AI Revenue Audit, contact us through the website, or interact with our AI assistant. By using the site you agree to the practices described below.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you fill out the AI Revenue Audit form or the contact form, we collect the information you provide, which may include your first and last name, work email, phone number, and the contents of any message you send. When you chat with our on-site AI assistant, we collect the messages you send so the assistant can respond.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the site we may automatically collect limited technical data such as your IP address, browser type and version, device type, referring URL, pages viewed, and the date and time of your visit. We use this information to operate the site, prevent abuse, and understand aggregate traffic patterns.
Cookies and similar technologies. We use cookies that are strictly necessary to operate the site (for example, to maintain a session when you sign in) and may use lightweight analytics cookies to measure site performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking some cookies may affect site functionality.
2. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to audit requests, contact form messages, and chatbot inquiries.
- Schedule and deliver the free 10-minute AI Revenue Audit you requested.
- Send you transactional and follow-up messages related to your inquiry.
- Operate, maintain, secure, and improve our website and services.
- Comply with our legal obligations and enforce our Terms & Conditions.
We will only send you marketing messages where permitted by law, and you may opt out at any time by replying "STOP" to a text message, clicking the unsubscribe link in an email, or emailing [email protected].
3. How we share your information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share information only in the following limited circumstances:
- Service providers. We share information with vendors who help us operate the site and respond to inquiries — for example, our hosting provider, our database provider, our email-delivery provider (Resend), and our AI/LLM provider for the on-site chatbot. These vendors may only use your information to perform services for us.
- Legal and safety. We may disclose information if we reasonably believe it is required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of KB Media Works, our customers, or the public.
- Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to standard confidentiality protections.
4. Data retention
We retain audit lead and contact form submissions for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, provide ongoing services, and comply with our legal obligations. You can request deletion of your information at any time using the contact details below.
5. Security
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we collect. No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, however, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), including the right to know what personal information we collect and to request deletion. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
7. Children's privacy
Our website is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can delete it.
